Monthly Spiritual Mind Treatment

"Spiritual Mind Treatment" is a method of affirmative prayer that is necessary to change our thought.  It is clearing the thought of negation, of doubt and fear, and causing it to perceive the ever-presence of God.

            In times of anxiety and a troubled mind, I know I can find my peace by silencing the chatter, quieting my mind, and going within.  On this journey, I move from confusion and toward my connection with God.  I let go of all pretense and allow myself to be absorbed in Spirit.  With every breath I take, I recognize that there is only One Power, One Source that is God, everywhere present in, around, and expressing as me in this very moment.

                In this state of oneness I am open to the truth, open to the answers to all challenges I face, and open to the love that lives within me.  Already I feel more alive, more aware and confident in my actions.  I know that as long as I deal from the source of Spirit within me, I cannot lose.  The information I receive is always the right and perfect thought, word and action for the right and perfect time in my experience.  I trust in myself and I trust in the source of Spirit as I move forward, living my dream, learning and growing and being all I can be in a state of pure joy and love.  Whatever I choose to do, I know that I have the tools, the information, and the talents to perform.

                I am at peace and filled with gratitude for all I have learned, for each experience that has moved me forward into a greater expression of who I am, and for my awareness and oneness of Spirit.

                I surrender, I just let go and immerse myself in the truth of Spirit.  I release my prayer and let it manifest in my experience.  And so it is.
